Make sure that the area is well ventilated and open up windows so the negative energies can exit smoothly. Light the herb bundle from the top end, put the flame out using the shell or plate, the stick will continue to burn. Move the smoking stick around your boy starting at the feet and use the figure-eight motion as you move the bundle up your boy. Continue this until you get to the top of your head. Remember to use the feather to move the smoke out of the room.
